30 years ago, when MANDY BARNETT was only 18, she was chosen from among an audition pool of 400 by the legendary Ryman Auditorium for the title role of a new in-house production entitled ALWAYS... PATSY CLINE.
The tremendous success of her performances not only resulted in countless sold-out performances, numerous extensions of planned limited engagements over two years, international press, but they helped to cement this production as an American Theater staple, which continues to be performed throughout the US on a regular basis.
Mandy Barnett has been cast in Hollywood films (Space Cowboys, Election, Drop Dead Gorgeous) to sharing the stage with legends like Dolly Parton, Ringo Starr,, Kristin Chenoweth, Pat Benatar, Jewel, Judy Collins, Connie Stevens Garth Brooks, and Michael Feinstein, among numerous others.
An official Member of the Grand Ole Opry, Mandy Barnett is widely considered by her peers to be Nashville's finest vocalist.
